About the Role
FPB Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Improvement Consultant with a strong background in working with Housing Associations or 'Not for Profit' organisations. In this role, you will support our client in conducting a comprehensive Business Improvement Review across key areas of their organisation. The review will focus on addressing challenges, implementing impactful improvements, and ensuring they continue delivering efficient, effective, and value-driven services to their tenants.
This is a key opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping our client achieve their strategic objectives of continuously enhancing their services and operations, with the goal of delivering high-quality, tenant centred outcomes.
Requirements
Initial Assessment: Conduct an initial review of existing processes, data management systems, workforce plans, and service delivery approaches.
Workshops and Data Analysis: Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and gather insights for improvement.
Recommendations and Action Plans: Deliver a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations, including specific steps to improve service delivery, data management, compliance, and organisational performance.
Ongoing Support: Provide guidance on implementing the recommendations, including process changes, staff training, and performance tracking.
Deliverables:
A detailed review report, including findings and recommendations for each key area.
Action plans for process improvements and efficiency gains, including timelines for implementation.
A workforce health check report with recommendations for skill development and workforce planning.
A comprehensive review and testing of the business plan and stock condition survey.
Strategies to improve tenant engagement and ensure a customer-centric approach.
